A quiet pause for people who carry a lot (and maybe don't say much).

Let's slow down, think clearly again, without fixing, performing, or explaining anything.

Think: A hot cup of tea, uninterrupted time to dream, and space to talk about things you don't usually get to talk about.

Who Is This For?

This night is for anyone doing inner work. Anyone holding responsibility, vision, care, or grief (often without enough space to refill).

It's a night for having:

  • Time to think and reflect without interruption or being "productive."

  • A way to reset that doesn't involve "optimizing" yourself.

  • Real connection without pressure or small talk.

  • Fun with herbs, crystals, astrology, tarot, and symbolism.

If that sounds like your kind of fun, you're in the right place!

Somewhere along the way, we started meeting to pause and check in.

Sometimes it was to mark a season.
Sometimes because one of us felt stuck, overwhelmed, or at a crossroads.

Sometimes those pauses lasted an hour.
Sometimes fifteen minutes.

What mattered wasn’t the structure. It was the intention and our connection. They've sustained us in our darkest times.

This gathering is an extension of the practices we love: the ones that create space to slow down, listen more closely, and notice what’s actually emerging beneath the noise.

I've long felt a steady sense of connection to the earth.

Trees, clouds, stars, animals — the simple presence of the breeze on my skin. I've always been someone who needs to get outside and move. As a kid and into adulthood, that meant soccer fields and hiking trails, building fires and paddleboarding, or simply lying back and staring at the sky.

I have lived in my head for as long as I can remember

Life inside my mind has never been boring. I've always been curious — drawn to learning, truth, and the things that lie just beyond our everyday understanding. Exploring what lies beyond the obvious has been a constant thread in my life since childhood.

This is not a class.
It’s not a performance.
It’s not about having the right language or insights.

  • Space to be quiet or speak (both are welcome).

  • A place to laugh, reflect, and gain insight.

  • The freedom to process stuck feelings, wishes, or new beginnings.
